In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, however, delivery timelines may vary based on location. In the event items are needed faster, this can be addressed on a per-order basis by contacting us at stores@brandblvd.ca, and a freight quote for this will be provided!

How do I log in?

A log in is not required! You are welcome to create an account to track your orders, but "Guest Checkout" is also an option at checkout.

Note that the "Group Passcode" line of the registration form is not mandatory, however, if a code has been provided to you, you will need to input it here to gain further access.

Can I return a product?

All items ordered and customized for Strabag. This means, we cannot accept returns. If there are issues with the quality of the product ordered, please contact stores@brandblvd.ca who will be happy to assist you.
 

Can I change or cancel my order if I make a mistake?

If a mistake is made during the ordering process and you realize it after you have submitted your order, please contact stores@brandblvd.ca within 24 hours and we will do what we can to help.
